		This update: 

                       Stabilizes the loading problem with 4
                       and 8MB wavesets. 
                       Was modified to turn on Microphone
                       Bias at all times. The "Mic Bias" option
                       is thus removed from the mixer. 
                       Now shows "Voice Count" in Device
                       dialog box under multimedia properties.
